I came across Steve shortly after the Storm Desmond havoc in Cumbria in 2016. He was a massively clever man with a huge empathy to make things happen for the community. Cumbria would have been devastate for a long time had it not been for Steve’s diligence and commitment in the early days. He will be sorely missed
