I only had the opportunity of meeting Steve on a few occasions, but at each and every one he came across fantastically. He was obviously very passionate about transport and his role, he was supportive, proactive and approachable. He left a great impression on me and I will always fondly remember him and the role he played in supporting our project and us as officers. Hannah
